It's been 3 years since we lost our darling girl Izzy. We still miss her, when we go on her favourite walk I am sure that I can feel walking with me. Her cross stitch picture is almost completed, Bella looks at it sometimes, and I'm sure she is smiling. We've hit our busy time now. Lots of regulars back for their holidays, life's a bit hectic but enjoyable. So glad I gave up nursing! |

So sorry for your loss. It is really hard to lose a dog that had been your companion and stress-reliever. I lost mine too, his name is Curry (yes, we named him after the basketball player). He is so energetic and a lovable doggo. It was so sudden, and we are not prepared for it. He was unfortunately hit by a bus, it was really heart-wrenching. It's been 5 years ago, but I still miss him. God bless

I am sorry for the lost of your beloved Izzy. I too lost a pet cat that was close to my heart. She was getting in age and one day she was not just herself. She didn't great me at the door like she used when I was coming home from the office. She wasn't excited about her favorite food like she usually does. This went on for two days, so finally I took her to the vet. There the doctor discovered she had a terminal disease. I delayed putting her down because I just couldn't make that decision. But I had to force myself because I was being selfish. I was thinking of myself not the pain she must be enduring. It's been five years since she passed but I still miss her every day.

I am really sorry to hear about what happened to Izzy. I know that it is still not easy for you all to accept what happened and I think that's fine because we never really can't force ourselves to accept things if we are not yet ready to do so.
